Mahendra Ruled Out of Magny-Cours and Aragon After Training Accident
Yamaha BLU CRU Evan Bros WorldSSP rider Aldi Satya Mahendra will miss the upcoming Magny-Cours and Aragon rounds of the FIM Supersport World Championship after sustaining an injury in a training accident.
The reigning WorldSSP300 champion, who has had an impressive rookie season in WorldSSP aboard the R9, has been diagnosed with displaced fractures to both wrists after an incident while training in Europe ahead of the resumption of the WorldSSP season in France this weekend.
He has since returned home to Indonesia, where he will undergo further assessment on the injuries to determine whether surgery is necessary.
